Information for parents

• SPA is not recommended for children up to the age of 3.
• Children up to 12 years old are allowed to be in the SPA zone until 19:00.

Reservation & cancellation

• Please note that the SPA visit time must be booked in advance.

• Please arrive at the SPA center 10-15 minutes before your appointment.
• To cancel your reservation, please let us know at least the day prior.

A towel for each guest and a 1.5-hour visit to the SPA zone.
