• Heating up in a Hammam
• Peel and scrub with Baltic sapropel
• Soft soap massage with sapropel soap
• Rub with amber oil.
• Relaxation with tea from Latvian herbs in the recreation area

• Please arrive at the SPA center 10 – 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to change before your treatment.
• SPA cancellations must be made no later than two hours before a booked treatment.
• Due to possible negative knock-on effect on other bookings, guests arriving late may have their treatment shortened or altered
